Group Social Strategy Lead EMEA

London - hybrid (2 days per week) | 12 Month Contract | £600-670pd inside IR35

We're partnering with a globally recognised technology brand to hire a Group Social Strategy Lead to shape how the business engages enterprise and business audiences across EMEA. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly evolved Social & Influencer team, where you'll define social strategy for one of the world's most recognisable technology brands, translating business priorities into compelling social narratives that drive engagement across multiple markets.

You'll collaborate with senior marketing, communications and product stakeholders, leading social strategy while inspiring creative teams and agency partners to produce work that people genuinely want to engage with.

The Role:

You'll sit at the heart of the EMEA social function, owning strategy for business and enterprise audiences and ensuring a consistent, audience-first approach across every market and channel.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Defining EMEA social strategy, audience narratives and channel priorities
  • Translating business and product priorities into creative briefs that inspire standout social campaigns
  • Partnering with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing and Communications teams to align messaging and campaign priorities
  • Shaping influencer strategy as part of integrated social campaigns
  • Using audience insights, performance data and cultural trends to continually refine strategy
  • Leading quarterly planning cycles and helping define best practice across the wider social strategy team
  • Mentoring colleagues and acting as a trusted strategic advisor across the organisation

About You:

You'll be an experienced social strategist who understands how to connect business objectives with creative storytelling.

  • Experience in social strategy, brand strategy or strategic planning
  • Experience developing social strategies rather than purely executing campaigns
  • A background within an agency, major consumer brand or technology business
  • Exceptional experience writing creative briefs that produce high-quality creative work
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing senior leaders
  • Experience working across multiple markets and managing competing priorities
  • A commercial, analytical mindset with the ability to use insights to shape future strategy

Experience working with B2B, enterprise or technology audiences would be beneficial, although we're equally interested in candidates from consumer brands with best-in-class social strategies.

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to influence social strategy across one of the world's leading global brands, working with a collaborative international team that values creativity, innovation and strategic thinking.

If you're passionate about social strategy, audience insight and creating campaigns that genuinely stand out, we'd love to hear from you!
