Residential Conveyancer – London Area
A highly successful law firm in south London is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer.
This firm is very sociable, having hosted many Summer parties, Christmas parties and networking events plus pay above market rate salaries and bonuses.
It has excellent staff retention and consistently attracts talent from other respected London practices as well as regional firms.
As a Residential Conveyancer, your quality caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold
- Sales and purchases
- Mortgages and remortgages
- First-time buyers

You will:
- Have 5+ years of experience in conveyancing
- Be qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
