We have a vacancy for an Office Administrator that will be responsible for communicating with Silverback clients, producing quotes and helping with all aspects of the office organisational processes. You would be working in a fast paced environment so experience would be an advantage.

Your key responsibilities as the Administrator will include:

  • To prepare quotes for events ensuring all details are completed correctly
  • To ensure that enquiries, messages, bookings are dealt with courteously and efficiently.
  • To strive to anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • To provide all customers with a professional, helpful and friendly service at all times. To promote an attitude of caring and co-operation from all staff.
  • To perform all tasks to a consistent and high standard.
  • To help achieve KPIs set by Head Office
  • To demonstrate a pride in workplace and a high level of commitment.
  • To maintain regular and effective communication within the team and attend meetings when required.
  • The experience and knowledge we are looking for from our future Office Administrator include:– Excellent standard of communication skills, verbal and written– Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Suite)– Customer service orientation– Attention to detail– Excellent working in a team or alone– Previous experience in a similar role.
