AI engineer/AI trainer (Outside IR35/Remote) - #2112614

I'm currently working with an organisation looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who can build production-grade AI solutions and deliver technical training to experienced engineering audiences.
This is a unique opportunity to combine AI development, solution architecture, mentoring and technical education in a highly visible role.

Required Skills:
8+ years in Software Engineering, Data, ML or AI
Proven experience building and deploying GenAI applications
Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases and retrieval systems
Experience with AI agents, tool calling and workflow orchestration
AI evaluation, observability, guardrails and LLMOps expertise
Advanced Python development skills
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or similar LLM platforms
Strong communication and presentation skills
Previous training, coaching, mentoring, or technical workshop delivery experience

Location: Mostly remote with occasional travel to London
Duration: 6 months (Possibility for extension)
Daily rate - TBC (outside IR35)
