A successful, mid-sized British fund looking for a C#/.NET developer with hands-on experience of professional software development to join their head office in London.
In this role, you'll draw on your strong technical skills to develop, maintain and support software for the front office. You'll join a very small, agile team where you will contribute to whole end-to-end projects, building the tools that help the PMs and traders decide what to trade next.
This is a great opportunity to grow your career over the next few years. To be successful, you'll enjoy facing off to the business and have a proactive approach.

Skills and Experience Required
- Around 6-10+ years of professional experience
- Strong C# and .NET capabilities
- Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics (or similar) from a top-tier university
- Self-starter, capable of remaining calm and excelling in the fast-paced world of volatile markets
Desirable
- Finance experience preferred but not strictly required
- Any of the following would be beneficial: Python, C++, Matlab, R; SQL Server or PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ or Kafka, Memcache or Redis
- Familiarity with compilers and formal languages
- Knowledge of Interest Rates financial products, e.g. swaps, swaptions, bonds, bond futures, bond repos, etc., is highly desirable
