We're looking for an exceptional estate agency leader to join Connells Group as an Area Manager/Director within our London Core team, leading 12 residential sales branches across South West London.

The Role

As Area Manager/Director, no two days will look the same. You’ll be the driving force behind branch success, creating energy, momentum and results across your region. You will:

• Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and their teams to unlock top performance
• Build engaged, motivated teams through smart recruitment, retention and development
• Oversee regional P&L performance, ensuring targets are achieved and exceeded
• Spot opportunities to grow market share and win new business
• Support branches to overcome challenges and turn potential into performance
• Champion high standards, strong culture and a winning mindset across every office

About You

You’re a natural leader with the credibility and ambition to inspire others. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience leading high-performing teams in estate agency or a similarly target-driven environment
• Strong commercial awareness with P&L responsibility
• The confidence to influence, motivate and lead from the front
• A track record of delivering growth and smashing targets
• Energy, resilience and a passion for developing people
