You'll join a specialist Financial Services team recruiting qualified finance professionals into investment firms, wealth managers, private banks, insurance businesses and FinTech organisations.

Your first six to nine months will focus on learning recruitment properly. You'll receive structured training while supporting experienced consultants on live assignments, developing your market knowledge and building relationships with high-calibre candidates.

Unlike many graduate recruitment roles, you'll be working with experienced professionals and senior hiring managers from the very beginning, giving you exposure to consultative recruitment and high-value assignments.

As your confidence grows, you'll take ownership of your own recruitment processes before progressing into a Consultant role, where you'll manage client relationships, develop business and build your own specialist market.

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Source and engage high-quality finance professionals across the Financial Services market
• Build long-term relationships with candidates throughout their careers
• Support experienced consultants on retained and exclusive recruitment assignments
• Interview and assess candidates for live opportunities
• Produce high-quality candidate shortlists
• Learn how to manage recruitment processes from start to finish
• Develop specialist knowledge within Financial Services recruitment
• Progress towards managing your own clients, vacancies and specialist market
