An established property firm based in Mayfair is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join its growing Prime Central London residential sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded sales professional with a strong track record in London residential property sales and business development.

• Generate and win new residential sales instructions.
• Conduct property valuations and viewings.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, investors, and industry contacts.
• Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales process.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in London residential property sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong knowledge of the Prime Central London market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven.
• Experience working with HNW and international clients is advantageous.
