The role…
- Taking calls and building rapport with business customers each day on our contact centre and dealing or directing queries.
- Fixing any issues quickly and efficiently, so customers feel valued every time.
- Interacting with internal stakeholders to solve client queries, in a proactive manner.
- Responsible for client liaison and generating sales reports and processing sales orders.
- Work closely with the Sales Team, to support the sales function. As well as provide administrative support to sales, operations and finance teams.
- Responsible for client related queries on products, deliveries, and services.
- Most important is a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to work, someone who really cares about the work they do for customers.
- A salary of £26,538.48 working 40 hours per week
