Key responsibilities for this Temporary Receptionist position:

• Managing the front-of-house function and providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and clients
• Handling incoming calls, meeting room bookings, visitor passes and general reception administration
• Ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas are maintained to an exceptional standard throughout the day
• Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the wider office and facilities teams as required

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Previous Reception, Front of House, Hospitality or Corporate Guest Services experience
• Professional presentation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, flexible approach and ability to adapt quickly to new environments
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced setting
