Are you an energetic fashion retail leader who knows how to drive sales while keeping the customer experience at the centre of everything?
We're recruiting a Supervisor for an established international fashion brand in Central London. You'll support the management team, lead from the shop floor and help create a positive, commercially successful store environment.
Your responsibilities:

• Lead, support and motivate the team throughout the trading day

• Drive sales, conversion and store performance

• Deliver and maintain an outstanding customer experience

• Coach the team on service, product knowledge and selling techniques

• Support daily operations, opening and closing procedures

• Monitor KPIs and confidently respond to trading opportunities

• Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards

• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of management

What we're looking for:

• Previous Supervisor or senior-level fashion retail experience

• A proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs

• Confident leadership and team-coaching skills

• A hands-on, positive and commercially aware approach

• A genuine passion for fashion and customer service
