Our clients’ is an independent, owner-managed company based in Mayfair, specialising in wealth management (financial planning and investment management) for individuals and benefits consulting services for companies.

This is an exciting opportunity that offers and encourages progression within the business both with regards to qualification and career progression.

The role of the Account Manager supports clients, Financial Planners, and the Investment Management function.

Duties:

Provide quality administration and analytical support to planners and clients.

Manage own workloads and defer to Head of Account Management when workloads are high.

Process all private client related new business, including account set-ups across all investment platforms, using Connor Broadley processes and with defined internal and external service level agreements.

Contribute to information required for the reporting of management information and key performance indicators.

Use company systems in line with internal procedures and ensure all processes are being completed in line with company manuals and process documentation.

Participate in meetings, conferences, and seminars applicable to role and following appropriate authorisation.

Build relationships with external product providers and suppliers and act as a main point of contact for clients.

Check all new business paperwork prior to submission to ensure it is compliant.

Manage planner and investment manager diaries (where relevant) and book client new business and review meetings in line with company procedure.
