M&A Analyst to Associate - Renewables, Transition & Infrastructure leading European franchise - Goodman Masson - #2114641

A leading European Energy & Infrastructure platform is recruiting at the Analyst and Associate level (Analyst 2 to Associate 2).

Subsector focus is centred on EMEA Energy Transition, Renewable Energy, Cleantech and associated Infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be operating in a similar capacity at a well-regarded bank or boutique, be ambitious and be seeking an active platform to enhance their career.

Responsibilities will centre on:

• Assist and gain increasing oversight with the management of live transactions
• Drive the teams production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation etc
• Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients
• Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation
