Project Manager - Executive Search
Location: Vauxhall with hybrid working
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000

Our client, a leading international executive search firm working across purpose-driven sectors including education, research, healthcare, government and the arts, is looking for a Project Manager to join their Team.

The Role
Project Managers are integral to the executive search process, ensuring clients, candidates and colleagues receive world-class administration across all areas of the business - from the smooth running of appointment processes end-to-end, to diary management for delivery teams and all client/candidate logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing up to 15 projects simultaneously
• Owning end-to-end administrative processes - setting up timelines with clients, organising meetings, and coordinating candidate interview logistics
• Advising on and managing advertising campaigns and project-related materials
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date database/CRM records
• Acting as a primary point of contact for client and candidate communications
• Managing diary and travel arrangements for your consultant, along with relevant paperwork and administrative support
• Acting as an extension of your consultant, supporting client account management where required
• Contributing to business development - arranging meetings, trips and events, and supporting market tracking activity
• Training new joiners and sharing best practice across the team

About You:

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing or customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident liaising with senior stakeholders
• Sharp attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality
• Highly organised with excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
• Calm under pressure, tenacious, and results-oriented
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
• A collaborative team player who's equally confident working independently
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
