Service Integration Manager - #2114895

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take responsibility for end-to-end service integration and performance management across a portfolio of IT services delivered by multiple suppliers and providers, ensuring consistent delivery, control and accountability across multiple suppliers and regions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Owning the end-to-end service outcome across multiple suppliers and service providers.
2. Driving cross-supplier collaboration, issue resolution and service improvement activities.
3. Holding suppliers accountable for service performance and service improvement commitments.
4. Leading service reviews, governance forums and executive reporting.
5. Acting as the single point of coordination when issues, risks or dependencies span multiple teams, suppliers or regions.

The following skills/experience are essential:

1. Strong experience in IT Service Management within a multi-supplier environment.
2. Background in any of the following: SIAM, Service Integration, Service Management, Managed Services, Supplier Governance or Vendor Management.
3. Experience leading cross-supplier governance and service review forums.
4. ITIL
5. Previously worked in Financial Services is highly desirable.
6. Excellent communication skills

Salary: Up to £120,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
