Tiger Private is seeking an experienced and professional Rota Nanny to support two children within a warm and welcoming international UHNW family based in Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career nanny who is nurturing, highly organised and proactive. The successful candidate will work closely with the parents and wider household team to provide a consistent, engaging and supportive environment for the children.

Schedule
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota
- Full flexibility required whilst on duty
- Accommodation provided during working rotations
- Supporting the children's day-to-day care, wellbeing and development
- Assisting with school routines, homework and educational activities
- Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities both at home and externally
- Encouraging positive routines, good manners and healthy habits
- Managing the children's wardrobes, bedrooms and personal belongings
- Preparing school bags, organising children's schedules and ensuring all daily requirements are met
- School runs and daily activities
- Providing a high standard of day-to-day care, ensuring the children's wellbeing, safety and development
- Acting as a proxy parent whilst on duty, maintaining the family's routines, values and parenting approach
- Liaising with parents, tutors, schools and the wider household team
- Maintaining the highest levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Proven experience working as a career nanny within UHNW or private households
- Previous rota experience is highly desirable
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages, particularly French, would be advantageous
- Warm, engaging and emotionally intelligent with a genuine passion for childcare
- Highly organised, proactive and able to use initiative
- Flexible, discreet and switched on
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable around dogs, as the family has a small, friendly pet
- Circa £80,000 dependent on experience
- Accommodation provided whilst on duty
- Long-term opportunity with a friendly and highly regarded international family
