Our client, a well-established accountancy practice, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator / PA to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive, and technology-driven environment, and who is keen to leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to two Partners, including email management, diary coordination, document preparation, and general office administration.
• Draft, format, and prepare correspondence, reports, invoices, and other business documents.
• Assist with statutory filings, with full training provided.
• Respond to incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised digital filing systems.
• Support internal communication and help coordinate activities across the wider team.
