As an EA to the CEO and Chief of Staff, you'll handle the day-to-day coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure everything runs smoothly at the top level. This role in London's industrial/manufacturing sector is all about keeping things organised and making sure priorities are managed effectively.

This organisation operates within the industrial/manufacturing sector and is based in London. As one of the world largest manufacturing conglomerates, it is listed on the Stock Exchange and operates in multiple sectors.

Description

As Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Manage the CEO's and Chief of Staff's diaries, ensuring all meetings and appointments are prioritised and scheduled effectively.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points for high-level meetings.
  • Act as a first point of contact, handling correspondence and responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Ensure confidential and sensitive information is managed with discretion and professionalism.
  • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Support on ad-hoc projects and initiatives led by the CEO and Chief of Staff.

Profile

A successful EA to the CEO and Chief of Staff should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar executive assistant role, ideally within a FTSE 250 (or equivalent) business.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, including calendar management systems.
  • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and managing high-pressure situations.

Job Offer

  • A salary ranging from £65,000 to £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Generous holiday allowance.
  • Permanent role based in London.
