Description
As Executive Assistant, you will:
- Manage the CEO's and Chief of Staff's diaries, ensuring all meetings and appointments are prioritised and scheduled effectively.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points for high-level meetings.
- Act as a first point of contact, handling correspondence and responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Ensure confidential and sensitive information is managed with discretion and professionalism.
- Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Support on ad-hoc projects and initiatives led by the CEO and Chief of Staff.
Profile
A successful EA to the CEO and Chief of Staff should have:
- Proven experience in a similar executive assistant role, ideally within a FTSE 250 (or equivalent) business.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with office software and tools, including calendar management systems.
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and managing high-pressure situations.
Job Offer
- A salary ranging from £65,000 to £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Generous holiday allowance.
- Permanent role based in London.
