A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to support a global Corporate practice group.

Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you'll lead strategic business development initiatives that drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance market profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Business Development team
• Manage business planning and BD budgets
• Support pitches, proposals and client targeting activity
• Deliver campaigns, events and profile-raising initiatives
• Coordinate communications, PR, directories and awards submissions

About You

• Proven business development and marketing experience within professional services
• Strong experience supporting practice groups, pitches and campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercially minded, analytical and highly organised
• Able to translate strategy into effective, results-driven activity
