Operations Associate – Planning & Supply Chain

Help build the future of clean energy.

Looking for a role where precision, organisation and problem-solving genuinely make an impact?

We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing climate technology businesses, helping transform one of the country's biggest carbon challenges. Through cutting-edge technology and operational excellence, they're making sustainable home heating accessible at scale.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, high-growth business where you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring hundreds of installations run seamlessly every month.

If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, spotting inefficiencies and owning processes from start to finish, this could be an exceptional next step.

The Opportunity

As an Operations Associate, you'll become a specialist within either the Planning or Supply Chain function, taking ownership of a key stage of the installation journey.

You'll ensure every project progresses accurately, efficiently and compliantly while helping improve the systems and processes that support rapid growth.

This is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments but also enjoys helping shape how things are done in a scaling business.

Planning & Compliance

Manage installation documentation from start to finish

Complete and submit regulatory and compliance paperwork

Validate documentation for accuracy and completeness

Keep internal systems updated with exceptional attention to detail

Chase outstanding information to keep projects moving

Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements

Supply Chain Operations

Coordinate equipment and materials for upcoming installations

Ensure orders are placed accurately and on time

Liaise with suppliers and merchants to guarantee availability

Resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently

Help optimise supply chain processes as the business grows

Process Improvement

Identify exceptions and resolve operational challenges

Work closely with multiple internal teams

Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and scalability

Help build best-in-class operational processes in a fast-growing business

What We're Looking For

You'll enjoy this role if you're naturally organised, meticulous and take pride in getting things right.

We're particularly interested in candidates from operational or administrative environments where accuracy and process are everything, including:

Financial Services

Insurance

Mortgage or Conveyancing Administration

Logistics & Supply Chain

Utilities or Energy

Operations Support

Warranty or Claims Processing

Compliance or Regulatory Administration

You'll also have:

Outstanding attention to detail

Excellent organisational skills

Confidence using internal systems, CRMs and spreadsheets

Strong written and verbal communication

The ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing accuracy

A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mentality

The adaptability to thrive within a scaling, fast-paced business

Nice To Have

Experience within any of the following would be advantageous:

Renewable Energy

Construction

Engineering

Utilities

Supply Chain

Regulatory or Compliance environments

High-growth startups or scale-ups

Why Join?

This isn't just another operations role.

You'll join an innovative, mission-driven business that's transforming an entire industry while giving you genuine ownership, exposure to a rapidly scaling operation and the chance to influence how processes evolve as the company continues its impressive growth.
