Lead Analyst - Pricing and promotions - 1 year FTC
London, Hybrid

The Role
You will:
* Lead end-to-end analytical projects from business challenge through to recommendation and implementation
* Deliver commercial insights across pricing, promotions, product performance and trading activity
* Apply advanced analytical techniques such as forecasting, regression analysis, clustering and elasticity modelling
* Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
* Create impactful dashboards, reports and presentations that support data-driven decision making
* Support and mentor analysts, championing best practice in analytics, coding quality and insight delivery
* Contribute to the development of analytics strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
* Deliver commercial insights across pricing, promotions, product performance and trading activity
* Apply advanced analytical techniques such as forecasting, regression analysis, clustering and elasticity modelling

Your Skills & Experience
You will have:
* Advanced SQL skills and commercial experience using Python
* Strong experience working with complex customer, product, pricing or commercial datasets
* Expertise in advanced analytics, including forecasting, statistical modelling and performance measurement
* The ability to translate technical findings into clear, commercially focused recommendations
* Experience leading analytical projects and managing stakeholders across different business functions
* Strong data storytelling, presentation and communication skills
* Knowledge of data governance, documentation and quality standards
* Strong experience working with complex customer, product, pricing or commercial datasets
* Expertise in advanced analytics, including forecasting, statistical modelling and performance measurement
* The ability to translate technical findings into clear, commercially focused recommendations
* Experience leading analytical projects and managing stakeholders across different business functions
