An exciting consumer goods business is looking for a Category Insights Manager to join the team on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in delivering category insights, reporting and commercial recommendations that drive decision making and support growth.

• 12-month fixed-term contract
• Start date: ASAP
• £50,000 - £65,000

The Job As the Category Insights Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading category reporting, analysis and insight generation across the business Turning shopper, sales and market data into actionable recommendations that support business growth
• Managing dashboards, reporting processes and performance tracking
• Identifying opportunities through promotional and NPD performance analysis
• Working with third-party data and research providers to ensure high-quality insights
• Supporting reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Acting as a key contact for category and insight requests from internal stakeholders
• Presenting clear recommendations that influence commercial decision making

You

• Strong Dunnhumby experience is essential
• Category management and insights experience within FMCG, retail or consumer goods
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into commercial recommendations
• Experience working with shopper, customer and market data sources
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Agency experience would be advantageous
• Commercially minded with a proactive and curious approach
