  • Lead or support strategic projects aligned to evolving business priorities.
  • Work collaboratively across functions while maintaining the ability to operate independently.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to meet business needs, including occasional work outside standard hours.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified lawyer or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Experience within a law firm or in a client-facing role at a legal technology provider.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise software implementations from evaluation through to deployment.
  • Strong understanding of legal technology, including areas such as GenAI, automation, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or data/BI tools.
  • Experience in process improvement, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code platforms is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to senior stakeholders, including legal professionals.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
