Role Title Temp Night Concierge
Hourly rate: £13-14.80 ph + holiday pay

Position Overview PMR are seeking reliable Temp Night Concierge to provide night-time front-of-house support for short-term assignments. The Temp Night Concierge will be responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming environment during overnight hours, addressing resident and guest needs, and performing routine concierge and security-related duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors arriving during overnight hours in a professional, courteous manner.
  
  
• Monitor building entrances, common areas, and security systems; report any incidents or maintenance issues promptly.
  
  
• Manage after-hours access requests, including signing in visitors and verifying credentials.
  
  
• Respond to resident requests and service inquiries, escalating to supervisors or emergency services as needed.
  
  
• Conduct periodic rounds of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and that doors/gates are secure.
  
  
• Maintain accurate logs of nightly activity, incidents, and any visitor or contractor access.
  
  
• Coordinate with daytime staff to relay important information, follow-ups, or outstanding requests.
  
  
• Perform light administrative tasks (answering phones, dispatching messages, handling deliveries) as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concierge, front desk, security, or customer service roles preferred.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor at all times.
  
  
• Ability to work independently overnight shifts and handle emergency situations calmly.
  
  
• Basic familiarity with security systems, access control, and incident reporting.
  
  
• Comfortable using phone systems, logbooks, and basic computer applications.
  
  
• Right to work in the country where the assignment takes place (as applicable).
  
  

Shift and Assignment Details

• Temporary role covering night shifts. Specific shift hours and assignment length will be confirmed at time of scheduling.
  
  
• Candidates must be available for overnight shifts and flexible to cover varying short-term bookings.
