Account Manager (reporting to the Team Lead)

London, SW1W.

Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm

Hybrid working arrangement:

• Flexible working from home on Mondays and Fridays
• Office-based Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Our client is a London-based destination services company, with offices in the heart of Belgravia. They provide relocation support to major organisations moving employees to the UK. Our services include:

• Area familiarisation
• Education consulting
• Home-finding support
• Tenancy management
• Departure services

• Coordinate and deliver relocation services
• Serve as the first operational point of contact for clients via phone calls and in-person meetings
• Negotiate the best offers on behalf of clients
• Review tenancy agreements
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate HR counterparts
• Stay up to date with legal requirements relating to property and tenancies
• Support ad hoc office and client-related projects as required

• Good practical knowledge of London property market.
• Strong organisational skills with the flexibility to meet client needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management abilities
• Clear thinker and problem solver, able to plan ahead while adapting to last-minute changes
• Customer-focused mindset

• Exposure to London’s property market
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
• Strong consultative listening skills
