Position: Team Assistant
Salary: £45,000- £55,000 (DOE)
Hybrid set up: Hybrid working available, typically 1-2 days from home (dependent on business needs)

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:
  • Providing administrative support to multiple stakeholders in the team, ranging in seniority
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating complex calendars
  • Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses and supporting with general team administration
  • Assisting with documentation and record management
  • Supporting projects and helping ensure the smooth running of the wider team
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant or PA/Coordinator role
  • Strong diary management, travel coordination and organisational skills
  • A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ideally previous experience within a financial services, professional services or corporate environment is preferable
  • Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn
