A highly successful and fast-growing Private Equity fund are seeking a Team Assistant to support their growth following incredible success since launch. The role

Working as part of a small close knit support team, you will enjoy a blended role with variety and responsibility! The duties include Team Assistant/EA tasks to a small group of investors, with office and culture duties as well as hosting guests allowing you to really build on excellent client relationship skills!

  • Team Assistant support to multiple Executives
  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings and maximise Executive time
  • Arrange meeting logistics including meeting rooms, restaurants, travel, taxis, catering and documentation
  • Office coordination and everything that goes with ensuring a beautiful and ambient environment for colleagues and visitors
  • Purchasing supplies and equipment, building strong relationships with suppliers to drive value and service excellence
  • Greet and host visitors playing a key role in a delivering excellent client service
  • Organise high impact internal events and office initiatives
  • Many more tasks and projects in a role that will grow and develop!

  • Positive, motivated and hard working – you love making peoples lives easier!
  • Confident and engaging with excellent stakeholder liaison skills
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and visitors
  • Some experience in a similar role within a fast-paced investment or professional services environment
  • Tech savvy with strong systems skills and a love of learning new things
  • Strong organisation and scheduling skills !
