An exciting opportunity to join a specialist social media and insights agency on a short-term contract, providing senior-level research and strategic support during a key period for the business. You will play a central role in maintaining the quality of client deliverables, supporting junior team members, and ensuring insights are translated into clear, actionable recommendations.

They are a well-established agency specialising in social media intelligence, audience insights, and strategic research. Working with a diverse portfolio of recognised brands, they help clients understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed marketing decisions. Their work combines data, social listening, and consultancy to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Provide oversight and quality assurance across social media research and insight projects.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, reviewing analysis and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Analyse social media performance, engagement metrics, and competitor activity to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Pull and interpret data from social listening platforms, working closely with the wider team to validate findings.
  • Develop insight-led recommendations that help clients improve brand performance and social media effectiveness.
  • Produce and review client-ready reports, presentations, and monthly business review materials, while responding to client questions and requests.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience delivering social media research, insights, or strategy projects in a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how performance is measured.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening and analytics tools, particularly Sprinklr and Talkwalker.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience creating and presenting high-quality client-facing reports and slide decks.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and providing guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Experience supporting clients within financial services, insurance, or similarly regulated industries is advantageous.
