Morgan McKinley

We're partnering with an established international fintech business that's transforming how large organisations manage corporate giving, employee engagement and grant programmes. With over 700 employees worldwide and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for their first UK Enterprise Account Executive to help build their presence in the UK market.

This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact, owning the UK new business strategy while working fully remotely as part of a collaborative international sales team.

The Role

As the UK Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, building and closing new business opportunities with enterprise organisations across the UK.

This is a pure new business role-you'll focus on winning new customers rather than managing or growing existing accounts. You'll have the freedom to build your own pipeline, develop relationships with senior stakeholders and establish the company's footprint in the UK.

You'll work closely with a UK-based Business Development Representative and report into the sales leadership team in Canada.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Generate and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Sell consultatively to senior decision-makers across HR, Finance and executive leadership teams.
  • Build compelling business cases and demonstrate clear commercial value.
  • Navigate complex sales processes by engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Help establish and grow the company's presence in the UK enterprise market.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who thrives on winning new business and enjoys building opportunities from the ground up.

You'll ideally have:

  • A proven track record of success in enterprise B2B sales.
  • Experience selling HR technology, payroll, employee engagement, recognition or similar SaaS solutions into large organisations.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
  • Experience selling to C-suite and senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • A history of building and closing enterprise sales pipelines independently.
  • The confidence and motivation to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
  • A genuine interest in purpose-driven technology and helping organisations create positive social impact.

What's On Offer?

  • £90,000-£105,000 OTE.
  • 50/50 base salary and uncapped commission.
  • Commission accelerators for overachievement.
  • Stock options.
  • Fully remote working anywhere in the UK.
  • Flexible working within UK business hours.
  • Holiday allowance and additional benefits.
  • The opportunity to shape the UK growth strategy for a global market leader.

Why Join?

This is more than just another enterprise sales role.

You'll be joining a business with an established international reputation, strong financial backing and exciting growth plans. You'll have the opportunity to make your mark in a high-impact role while selling a solution that helps some of the world's largest organisations create meaningful social impact.

If you're entrepreneurial, self-motivated and excited by the opportunity to build something new, we'd love to hear from you.
