We are seeking an experienced Team Leading Legal PA to lead and develop a team of legal administrative professionals, while providing high-level support to senior Partners within a busy professional services environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive legal support professional with strong leadership skills, who enjoys managing people, improving processes and delivering a high level of service.

• Provide PA support to senior Partners, including complex diary management, meetings, correspondence and travel.
• Coordinate departmental administration and act as a key point of contact for fee earners and business services.
• Lead, manage and develop a team of legal administrative professionals.
• Allocate workloads, monitor performance and conduct regular one-to-ones and reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members.
• Manage holiday/sickness cover and assist with wider resource planning.
• Ensure departmental compliance procedures and processes are followed.
• Build strong relationships across the business and contribute to process improvement and wider operational projects.

• Previous experience as a Legal PA within a professional environment.
• Previous team management, supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong IT skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
