Hybrid: two days per week in office (flexible)

High-profile touring builds at grand-slam tennis, international motorsport, and large-scale fitness activations across the UK and Europe, close to one per week through to Christmas, a portfolio that follows a Senior Event Production Manager for the rest of their career. Bespoke steel and demountable structures designed and fabricated in-house, end-to-end ownership from first brief to final strip, clients at the premium end of the market.

- High-profile touring builds across Europe for your portfolio

- Line manage and develop two junior PMs from day one

- Annual bonus paid every year, 2 to 8 percent of salary

- Private healthcare including mental health and CBT support

- 20 days holiday plus an additional two-week Christmas shutdown

- Complimentary gym, rooftop pool and on-site seminars at the London office

The Company

This is a boutique specialist in bespoke steel structures and temporary demountable builds for the premium end of the events market. Design and fabrication happen in-house, which keeps quality tight and gives the team genuine craft ownership across every project. With global offices and a growing permanent team supported by an established freelance network, the business is scaling with purpose and the right Senior Event Production Manager lands in the middle of that momentum.

The Role

The Senior Event Production Manager owns end-to-end delivery of a high-volume, high-profile touring programme alongside the broader project portfolio, sitting at the senior level of the PM team and providing leadership and development to two junior project managers.

- Lead simultaneous delivery of complex structure build projects against operational and profitability targets

- Own full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, supplier coordination and on-site delivery

- Manage project financials including cashflow, purchase orders and cost control

- Maintain senior client and stakeholder relationships throughout each project

- Line manage and coach two junior project managers, allocating resource effectively

- Ensure H&S compliance including RAMS and all required documentation

- Support the Commercial Director on new enquiries, pitches and proposals as needed

The Candidate

The right Senior Event Production Manager will have a solid track record delivering complex event projects, specifically in sporting events, sponsorship activations or exhibitions, and will understand temporary structures, site overlay and event infrastructure from the ground up. You have managed international projects and can hold your own commercially, negotiating with suppliers and keeping a close eye on project profitability.

A background in touring event management or a demonstrable history of leading full project lifecycles including planning, budgeting and on-site delivery is beneficial but not essential. Experience developing junior team members and working with RAMS and H&S compliance frameworks will also be valued, though candidates from adjacent project leadership backgrounds within the live events or construction sectors are very welcome to apply.

In return, there is a strong package on the table: flexible hybrid working, a bonus that pays out annually and a project slate that immediately raises your professional profile. This Senior Event Production Manager vacancy is being moved through quickly and first interviews are already being scheduled, so submit your application now to be in the mix.
