Clear Career Progression & Professional Development

Are you a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner looking for a role where you'll be more than just a number?

I'm partnering with a highly regarded and growing wealth management firm that is looking to add an ambitious Paraplanner to its supportive and collaborative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a select group of Financial Advisers, supporting a broad client base that includes affluent individuals, business owners, and High Net Worth clients with investable assets in excess of £7 million. You'll gain exposure to complex financial planning scenarios while developing your technical expertise and long-term career within a firm that truly invests in its people.

Unlike larger organisations where support is often centralised, you'll work directly alongside advisers, building strong relationships and gaining valuable exposure to the full client journey. This visibility and responsibility will allow you to make a genuine impact while accelerating your professional development.

What You'll Be Doing

Producing high-quality suitability reports and annual review documentation

Creating cashflow models and technical financial planning analysis

Reviewing risk profiles, investment strategies, and client objectives

Supporting advisers before, during, and after client meetings

Assisting with new business processing and asset transfers

Acting as a technical specialist across a wide range of financial planning areas

Ensuring exceptional client service and regulatory compliance standards

What We're Looking For

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or higher)

Previous Paraplanning experience within Wealth Management or Financial Planning

Experience supporting High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients

Strong technical and regulatory knowledge

Excellent report-writing and communication skills

A proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Why Join?

Salary up to £60,000 plus benefits

Hybrid working flexibility

Ongoing support towards Chartered and/or CFP qualifications

Genuine progression opportunities into Advisory, Senior Paraplanning, or Leadership roles

Direct mentoring from experienced Financial Advisers

Collaborative and people-focused culture

Exposure to interesting and complex client cases

If you're looking for a firm where your expertise is valued, your development is actively supported, and your career ambitions are encouraged, I'd love to speak with you.
