What You'll Be Doing

As a vital part of our site team, you'll help ensure the community feels cared for and well-maintained. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and high standards across the site.
  • Performing general maintenance and minor repair tasks.
  • Managing waste disposal and supporting recycling processes.
  • Keeping all communal areas tidy, presentable, and hazard-free.
  • Cleaning, removing, and scrubbing graffiti from internal and external areas as required.
  • Assisting residents with enquiries and providing excellent, friendly customer service.
  • Reporting any issues or hazards promptly to management.

About You

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Reliable and hardworking, with a strong sense of pride in your work.
  • Approachable and friendly, helping residents feel supported and valued.
  • Proactive, able to take initiative and spot what needs doing before being asked.
  • Hands-on, with basic maintenance abilities (or a willingness to learn!).
  • Comfortable with light physical work, including cleaning tasks and graffiti removal.
