Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm
Contract: Permanent

A leading London law firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its Residential Property team.

The role will provide high-quality legal and administrative support to fee earners advising private clients, families, developers and financial institutions on a range of high-value residential property matters.

Key responsibilities:

Proactive diary and workload management
Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents
Managing files, records and document systems
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and fee earners
Supporting billing, AML checks and conflict searches
Assisting with business development and marketing activities
Ensuring files and documentation are accurately maintained
Using Microsoft Office and legal support systems effectively

About you:

Previous experience as a Legal PA or legal secretary within a law firm is essential
Experience within Residential Property advantageous
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
