We are seeking an experienced PA Team Leader to join a leading global law firm in London, supporting a busy Disputes division.

This is a varied role combining senior PA support, team leadership and legal operations. You will lead and develop a team of administrative professionals while acting as a key point of contact for senior Partners and wider business services.

• Provide proactive PA and diary management support to senior Partners.
• Lead, coach and develop the PA/Legal Operations team.
• Manage workloads, resource planning, holiday cover and team performance.
• Coordinate meetings, onboarding/offboarding and departmental activities.
• Build strong relationships with Partners, fee earners and business services.
• Promote compliance and ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Support operational improvements and wider Legal Operations initiatives.

• Previous experience in a senior PA, administrative or legal support role.
• Experience managing or supervising a team.
• Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills and an adaptable, proactive approach.
• Ideally, experience within a law firm or professional services environment.

Salary: Up to £62,000

Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote
