We're looking for an experienced, Commercial Mortgage Broker, on a self employed basis, to join a specialist brokerage known for its exceptional deal flow and a client base built on genuine high-net-worth relationships.

This isn't a generalist role, we need someone who can comfortably move across the full spectrum of commercial property finance - from bridging and ground-up development to single-let commercial investment stock, and everything in between. If you thrive on variety and complex deal structuring rather than a narrow product set, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Key points:

• A genuinely strong, consistent HNW lead source
• Access to a well established, high-net-worth client base
• Full autonomy as a self-employed broker, backed by an established platform and support structure
• Exposure to sophisticated, high-value deals across the commercial finance spectrum

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Mortgage Broker
• Confidence and competence across multiple deal types: bridging, ground-up development, single-let commercial investment, and more
• A strong track record of client relationship management, particularly with HNW individuals
• Self-employed, entrepreneurial, self-sufficient way of working, comfortable managing your own pipeline and diary
• Sound understanding of commercial underwriting and lender criteria across a broad panel
