IT Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £42,000
Benefits: 8% pension contribution, annual bonus, private healthcare, training and certifications are funded for.
Location: Canary Wharf, London - 3 days a week onsite
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5pm
Basis: Permanent position

Typical responsibilities you will have:

• Working in a team of 5
• Having 1 and 2 line responsibilities
• Managing and resolving typical tickets with customers and external contractors
• Office365 migration
• Tenant to tenant migration

Aside from typical day-to-day activities you would be involved in, what's also exciting about this IT Support Engineer role is the progression opportunities that are available. Whilst you may start working in 1 and 2 line, there is a clear path to being in 3 line and dealing with more complicated tickets, which is where you can show off your knowledge and expertise with IT and eventually find yourself in a management role.

• Microsoft 365
• Entra ID
• Windows & Windows server
• Networking - DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN
• Ticketing systems
• Good communication skills

Desirable skills required for an IT Support Engineer:

• Certifications
• Linux
• VMware or Hyper-V
