MLC Partners are supporting an education organisation recruiting a Digital Coordinator to join their Digital & Marketing team. This is a busy, hands-on role supporting a major website project, working across content, testing and coordination to ensure the organisation’s digital presence is accurate, engaging and ready for its audience.

The role:

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery and ongoing development of a new website, working closely with colleagues across the organisation as well as an external agency. The role will suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, is comfortable working within a CMS and can confidently support colleagues with varying levels of digital expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery and ongoing development of a new organisation-wide website.
  • Coordinate colleagues across the organisation to ensure pages and content are uploaded into the CMS accurately and on time.
  • Create, edit and review website content, ensuring it is clear, engaging and appropriate for a public-facing audience.
  • Test website pages, functionality and user journeys, identifying issues and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Carry out detailed quality assurance checks, including proofreading, formatting and reviewing content before publication.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to keep website activity and content updates on track.
  • Provide first-line support for website and CMS queries, triaging technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team or external agency where required.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a digital, website, content or similar coordination role.
  • Comfortable working within the back end of a website or CMS and managing digital content.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a thorough approach to proofreading and quality assurance.
  • A strong eye for engaging, well-presented content and an understanding of what makes an effective public-facing website.
  • A confident and approachable communicator who enjoys supporting colleagues who may not be digitally or technically experienced.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines within a busy environment.

Applications are under constant review, with my client seeking the right candidate to start as soon as possible. Please apply now, or reach out to Briar at MLC Partners.
