Retail Media Analyst | Up to £50,000 | Southampton

We're currently working with a leading UK retailer who are looking for a Retail Media Analyst to join their customer analytics team.

The role will focus on retail media, CRM, loyalty and customer analytics, using data and insight to understand customer behaviour, improve campaign performance and drive commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing customer audiences, segmentation and campaign performance
• Measuring ROI, uplift, incrementality and commercial impact
• Delivering post-campaign analysis and actionable recommendations
• Supporting audience strategy and Retail Media activation
• Analysing customer engagement, acquisition, churn and lifetime value
• Working with internal stakeholders and external partners

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within the retail sector
• Strong SQL skills, with experience using Python or R
• Experience analysing marketing campaigns and customer data
• Knowledge of statistical methods including hypothesis testing and confidence intervals
• Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix environment

Salary: up to £50,000
Location: Southampton, hybrid (1-2 days per week in the office)
