This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established consulting executive with a strong industry network and a proven track record of developing strategic client relationships. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping growth initiatives, leading major transformation programmes and expanding key client accounts across the Life Sciences sector.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the growth and development of strategic client accounts within the Life Sciences market.
- Building and strengthening executive-level client relationships.
- Driving new business acquisition and supporting long-term account expansion.
- Overseeing large-scale transformation programmes across multiple business functions.
- Managing commercial performance, profitability and delivery quality.
- Leading and developing high-performing consulting teams.
- Representing the business within the wider Life Sciences community and industry network.
- Executive or Partner-level consulting experience.
- Strong background working with Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare organisations.
- Proven success growing major consulting accounts and winning new business.
- Experience leading complex transformation engagements.
- Established industry network and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
