This is a key role in our Finance team, helping to ensure Hyde has robust, accurate and forward-looking financial plans that support financial resilience, strategic decision-making and future investment choices.

A knowledge of a complex real estate business and complex JV's would be beneficial to this role.

  • Prepare high-quality reports, recommendations and financial updates for senior leaders, Board and Committees, translating complex information into clear messages and options.
  • Identify financial risks, opportunities and sensitivities, ensuring planning outputs reflect regulation, covenant considerations and long-term financial resilience.
  • Work with Finance, Treasury, Development, Operations and other business areas to ensure planning assumptions are accurate, understood and consistently applied.
  • Improve financial planning processes, tools and controls to strengthen analysis, reporting and decision support across the organisation.

What you’ll need

  • Strong experience of strategic financial planning, FP&A, financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis in a complex organisation.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial information and translate it into clear insight, recommendations and options for senior stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of financial control, risk management, regulatory reporting and the factors that support long-term financial sustainability.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and influence discussions with senior leaders, Boards and Committees.

  • Life assurance cover.
  • Hybrid working arrangements to support work-life balance.
  • Generous annual leave entitlement.
  • Access to learning and development opportunities.
  • The opportunity to use your financial planning expertise in a purpose-led organisation.
