International Associate

John D Wood & Co has a fantastic opportunity within the International team for an ‘International Associate’ to manage international leads and referrals from our office network. This is a key position within the International Department.

This role will require the successful candidate to contact and qualify incoming international leads and refer them to our partners overseas.

Responsible for all aspects of international leads, the jobholder will take full ownership of the referrals and identify the strongest opportunities.

A confident and friendly telephone manner is essential when speaking to prospective buyers for homes overseas and for building rapport with our international partners.

Strong administration skills and assistance will be required with the day to day running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the International team to build the International ‘brand’, help generate both online and office network leads and drive revenue.
• Reporting daily KPI’s (International leads). Assisting with the measurement of KPI’s generated from leads and marketing campaigns.
• Liaison with PR team to help identify editorial opportunities

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate may have experience working in a similar role within the professional services or property industry with a sales empathy / bias, and will have both strong online skills and the ability to self-motivate.
• You will possess solid organisational skills, along with excellent communication skills.
• The successful individual will have the ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, whilst being able to retain a close attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
• Strong administration skills

• Strong Presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).

Knowledge

• Good international perspective.
• Good IT skills – Especially Social Media, Microsoft Applications
• Must have a full driving licence
