Vice President – Transaction Banking Channels (EMEA)

A leading international bank is growing its Transaction Banking business across EMEA and is seeking a VP, Channel Management to help shape the future of its digital cash management offering.

The role

You’ll lead the development and enhancement of client channels including online banking, host-to-host, SWIFT and APIs , driving digital transformation and seamless customer experiences. Working closely with product, technology, risk, operations and sales teams globally, you’ll manage channel performance, prioritise enhancements, and support delivery from design through to rollout.

What you’ll do

1. Own and evolve digital channel strategy and roadmap
2. Drive platform improvements, automation and client experience
3. Manage stakeholder collaboration across regions and functions
4. Oversee performance, controls and regulatory compliance
5. Support product rollouts, testing and client communications

What we’re looking for

1. Significant experience in transaction banking / cash management
2. Strong knowledge of payments (SEPA, SWIFT, UK schemes etc.)
3. Understanding of ISO 20022, PSD2, and regulatory frameworks
4. Proven stakeholder management and delivery in complex organisations
5. Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
