Senior Claims Adjuster - #2120326

A well-established Lloyd's market insurer is looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster to join the team. You'll manage a portfolio of claims, including more complex cases, either through personal ownership or oversight of a Claims Adjuster, while also owning a set of nominated client relationships. You'll work closely with Underwriting on claims and wording issues at both individual and market level, helping to support the profitable development of accounts, and will play an active role in ensuring fair customer outcomes and sound decision-making across the book.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience handling Special Risk claims (Political Risk, Trade Credit, PV) within the Lloyd's market, along with strong knowledge of London market practices and the duties and obligations of the parties involved. An interest in broadening into other classes such as Cyber, Intellectual Property and Product Recall would be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook, along with ECF, is required.

You'll be a natural team player with an adaptable, analytical approach, comfortable supporting colleagues and taking ownership of customer issues as they arise.
