VIQU are partnering with a fast-growing technology organisation within the data protection and managed services space, seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their Service Operations team. The role manages around 60 customer accounts, overseeing service delivery, relationships, escalations and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, be confident managing multiple priorities and understand technical concepts around backup, recovery, licensing and data protection.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Delivery Manager:

• Conduct quarterly service reviews and ensure services meet agreed standards
• Manage around 60 customer accounts and proactively prioritise customer requirements
• Analyse reporting data to identify trends and potential issues
• Produce high-quality customer reports and presentations
• Track service actions and ensure timely follow-up
• Manage escalations with Service Desk and Technical teams
• Monitor support tickets and drive resolution where required
• Build strong customer, partner and internal relationships

Key Experience Required of the Service Delivery Manager:

• 2+ years’ experience in a Service Delivery role
• 2+ years’ experience within an IT environment
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts and competing priorities
• Understanding of IT support and Service Desk operations, including escalations
• Understanding of backup, recovery, licensing and different data types
• Excellent customer, partner and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience producing high-quality customer reporting and presentations
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint
• Knowledge of ITIL and Backup/DR solutions is desirable
