Project Manager - Data & Lakehouse - London - Investigo - #2120461

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a firm-wide technology and data replatforming initiative, modernising core platforms, data capabilities and supporting infrastructure as part of a broader transformation programme.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record delivering data and analytics projects, with a good understanding of Lakehouse architectures and open-source data technologies. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can drive delivery, manage stakeholders, and work closely with technical teams to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead delivery of data platform and transformation projects.
2. Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance.
3. Coordinate business, architecture, engineering, and vendor teams.
4. Drive project plans, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
5. Identify and resolve delivery blockers.

Required Experience

1. Proven Project Management experience in data and analytics environments.
2. Experience supporting replatforming, modernisation, or cloud transformation initiatives.
3. Understanding of Lakehouse architecture, data pipelines, and data governance.
4. Experience with technologies such as Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Trino, or Delta Lake desirable
5. Delivery-focused, proactive, and able to operate independently.
6. Background in financial services, trading, exchanges, or market infrastructure.

This is an initial 6 month programme with the view to extend and requires 3 days on site in London.
