We are looking for a reliable, professional and detail-focused Caretaker/Cleaner to join a small, prestigious private residential building in the heart of Knightsbridge/South Kensington.

This is a quiet, low-traffic building with fewer than 10 apartments, making it ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining a clean, polished and welcoming environment.

• Daily cleaning of communal areas and staircases
• Maintaining carpets, mirrors and communal spaces to a high standard
• Keeping the entrance and external areas clean and tidy
• Receiving and distributing resident parcels
• Providing a friendly and professional presence for residents
• Reporting any maintenance or issues within the building

• Small, prestigious private residential development

• Many residences are unoccupied for periods of the year
• Quiet and respectful residents
• No concierge desk or heavy footfall
• High standards of presentation and cleanliness

• Previous experience in cleaning, caretaking or a similar residential environment
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Professional, polite and discreet manner
• Confident spoken English
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining a beautiful environment
