About the Role

We are recruiting two SC Cleared Business Analysts to join a Central Government digital transformation programme on 6-month contracts. This is an internal digital transformation initiative focused on improving collaboration, data and digital service delivery. No prior experience with this specific department is required - strong central government digital transformation experience is equally valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and document business requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
• Analyse current and future operating models
• Define user journeys and use cases
• Produce requirements documentation
• Support benefits definition and measurement
• Identify dependencies, assumptions and constraints
• Support Business Case development
• Ensure requirements are traceable through delivery

Essential Skills

Requirements gathering, process mapping, workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement

Desirable Skills

Agile delivery, government transformation experience, BCS qualifications, MS Visio

Clearance Requirement

Active SC Clearance is essential and must already be in place.
