Responsibilities
- Expand relationships and pipeline across UK life insurers, general insurers, reinsurers, and insurance-owned platforms
- Originate and execute mandate sales with a consultative approach aligned to capital, liability and investment objectives
- Own the end-to-end sales process for insurance mandates, including capital-model-driven RFPs and DDQs, and input to insurance-specific materials
- Build and maintain relationships with investment consultants (generalist and insurance-specialist) influencing the insurance segment
- Represent the firm at insurance industry events and forums
Requirements
- Significant asset management UK institutional sales experience
- Established network with UK insurer CIOs, Heads of Investment, Treasury/ALM, and insurance consultants
- Strong technical fluency in insurance balance sheets, Solvency II, matching adjustment, capital charges
