An excellent contract opportunity for an experienced Head of IT Services to join a highly regulated organisation in a senior technology leadership role.

You’ll lead IT Service & Operations across the UK, ensuring services are resilient, secure, well-governed and aligned to business needs within a global technology environment.

• Lead IT Service Management, SIAM and multi-supplier environments
• Drive service performance, governance and continual improvement
• Oversee Major Incident and Problem Management
• Manage suppliers, risk, controls and regulatory compliance
• Lead Business Continuity and Operational Resilience
• Support IT policy and Information Security governance
• Lead and develop the IT Service & Operations team

You’ll be an accomplished IT leader with strong ITSM experience in a regulated environment, ideally with expertise in SIAM, governance, operational resilience and multi-vendor service delivery.

Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to combine strategic oversight with hands-on operational delivery.
